A performance marketing agency runs paid campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta and is judged on business results: qualified leads, sales, customer acquisition cost and return on spend. It also works on the tracking and landing pages that decide whether those results are possible.
What we manage
| Area | What we do | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube | Reach people who are already looking |
| Meta ads | Facebook and Instagram campaigns and creative testing | Create demand and bring people back |
| Measurement | Tags, server-side events, CRM and offline conversions | Show which campaign produced revenue |
| Landing pages | Pages built to match each campaign | Turn more of the same traffic into customers |
The numbers that matter
| Metric | What it tells you | Common trap |
|---|---|---|
| CAC | Cost to win one customer | Leaving out agency and creative costs |
| ROAS | Revenue per unit of ad spend | Ignoring margin |
| Cost per qualified lead | Cost of a lead sales can use | Counting every form as qualified |
| Payback period | How fast spend comes back | Assuming every customer stays |
A campaign with a higher cost per lead can be the cheaper one. If campaign A costs $40 per lead and 2% become customers, CAC is $2,000. If campaign B costs $90 per lead and 8% become customers, CAC is $1,125. These numbers are illustrative, but the logic is why we report past the lead.
Google or Meta?
Google tends to come first when people already search for what you sell. Meta tends to come first when the product is visual, new, or solves a problem people are not actively searching for. Most businesses end up using both, because they do different jobs. Our Google Ads and Meta ads pages explain each in more detail.

Common questions
What is a performance marketing agency?
An agency that runs paid media for measurable actions, such as leads and sales, and judges its work on the business results they produce. Reporting centers on revenue, cost per customer and return on spend, not impressions or clicks.
How is performance marketing different from digital marketing?
Digital marketing is the broad category, including brand, content, social and SEO. Performance marketing is the part where you pay for measurable outcomes and adjust spending based on the results.
How much budget do I need?
Enough for the platforms to collect meaningful data on the conversion you care about. That varies by click cost and sale value, so we work it out from your numbers instead of quoting a universal minimum.
When should a business not hire one?
When there is no proven offer, no way to handle new leads, or margins too thin to pay for acquisition. Fix those first, as ads will only make the problem more expensive.
